The school year may be winding down, but Boys & Girls Clubs of West Central Missouri is gearing up for Summer Program, a 10-week long learning program designed to keep children’s minds active and busy.
Hundreds of kids and their parents converged on the Sedalia Youth Football Fields on the Smith-Cotton High School Campus Saturday at 11 a.m. for the annual First Baptist Church of Sedalia Easter Egg Hunt.

This morning I got to talk a little bit about a great project that's going to be coming to our area this summer. I'm sure most people are familiar with Habitat for Humanity - they're a group that builds homes for families and individuals who are in extreme need. With Sedalia's generous spirit, I'm sure that all of you will be interested in what they're doing.
