A police department in Illinois has gone viral with their hilarious coyote warning.

This is the peak coyote breeding season which makes pet encounters in Missouri even more dangerous.

My dad was a hunter in Missouri and I was a kid in Missouri so you'd think I'd know more about the various hunting season. Breaking news: I don't. However, I have done some research and learned that it appears there are 4 critters you can hunt year-round in Missouri. Let me add a "probably" to that just in case.

Not all heroes wear capes. Some just happen to have wire cutters like a heroic Kansas City area man who saved a coyote who was hopelessly stuck in a fence row.

I won't go into all of the details, but let's just say that I have a personal beef with coyotes. It's better off if I don't explain fully, but I will admit that I asked the question out loud...can you legally take down a coyote in Missouri? The answer is more complicated than you'd think.
