Folks, for a few years now, Justin Lawson has organized this huge local music event: Making the Band. If you don't know what it is, well, then you must live under a rock or something. Is it moldy under there? It must be at least somewhat comfortable, I mean, you choose to live there. Anyway...
This Saturday (Aug. 29) Full Moon Band and Dirt Road Addiction will be performing on The Party Porch at Dickie Doo Bar-B-Que! This will be one event you won't want to miss!
Both bands are known to mix up the set list, so it's a guarantee you will hear something you love...
Something huge is coming to the State Fair Community College. Not only will there be scads of teenagers, but sequins, rhinestones, dance shoes and EXCITEMENT. No one would argue that when Eric Church steps onstage, he positively owns the room (and the crowd) with his confident swagger, growling vocals, party-hard lyrics and those ever-present sunglasses, which lend "Chief" a mysterious air.
Not many people can play guitar as well as Brad Paisley. Now, he's raised the bar even higher. Paisley displayed his impeccable and unmatchable guitar skills by playing a slide guitar solo while using a GoPro. The result is visually and sonically satisfying.
