The Sedalia Rotary is asking for that help with their auction.  They're going to have tons of great stuff, and plenty of donations from local businesses.

Swanetta Marshall has been nominated as this month's Central Bank of Sedalia Unsung Hero for her work with "Diggz Kids"!

Oh, and some kind of spiced peanuts. There were plenty of those around, I think it went along with a barbecue contest.

That's like, almost as long as I've been alive. I'm dating myself there. BUT. Moving on.

Food trucks, limousines, skin care, spas, barbers, Miss Pettis County, CATS AND DOGS LIVING TOGETHER, it's gonna be crazy.

As you can see, Matt and his staff are doing their best to help keep kids reading. Here's hoping they keep it going for years to come!

But she isn't planning on stopping her work any time soon! She's a big inspiration to all of us out there just, as she says, "Be Kind."

Which can go to wineries and breweries that are joining in. And these aren't places you've never heard of - there's one associated with Boulevard Brewery, and there are others like Crescent Moon Winery, KC Bier Company, and KC Wineworks.

I don't get too many things right in life, but when I do get them right, it's usually something like Thundercats or President Taft trivia.

We've never had a couple nomination before, but there's a first time for everything!
