That building is now occupied by Yummy's Donuts. They provide donuts, croissants, kolaches, coffee and other drinks.

Veteran's Day will be here before we know it. We all owe so much to our cherished Veterans that to miss it would be unthinkable in our area. One way you can show your support and gratefulness would be to attend the upcoming JROTC ceremony with Smith Cotton High School.
March 27, 2014 will always be a monumental day in history: it's the day the breakfast menu became available at Taco Bell. Sam the Web Guy and I are Taco Bell fanatics, so we decided to eat every item on the new breakfast menu.
Every month, the Sedalia Shrine Club has a breakfast to raise money for their groups and causes. They had their monthly breakfast last Saturday (Dec 7).
Everyone around here is probably well aware that today is a very important day. Veterans Day isn't something that a lot of us can take lightly. We have brothers, sisters, fathers, mothers, cousins, aunts, uncles, grandmothers, grandfathers, and friends who have served in one way or another or are still serving today. So I think a lot of us are just looking for different ways to say thank you.

The Sedalia Kiwanis are always working to do everything they can for our kids and others in need. They're working to stay busy and get busier, recruiting volunteers and fundraising left and right. They're doing some great stuff coming up this weekend, and next weekend, to that purpose!
