There's a chance that you didn't even notice that something was different at the Missouri Walmart store you were in. But, what began as a test program has now become a very big permanent change and will now be done all the time.

Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and autism are both general terms for a group of complex disorders of brain development. These disorders are characterized, in varying degrees, by difficulties in social interaction, verbal and nonverbal communication and repetitive behaviors.  It's difficult to diagnose, difficult to treat, and difficult to understand.
