Alan Jackson's middle daughter Alexandra was arrested Wednesday morning (Aug. 28) in Nashville on charges of assault, resisting arrest and underage drinking. The 20-year-old was the passenger in a Range Rover pulled over around 2:30AM CT. Police say she had been drinking and became angry as they tried to talk to her.

A man arrested on Saturday (July 6) at Taylor Swift's show in Pittsburgh will undergo a mental evaluation after police say he made death threats against the singer and held up a sign reading "Taylor is with Satan." The poster was one of several Joseph Jackson was holding when police nabbed him at Heinz Field.

A 36-year-old attorney from Brentwood, Tenn. was arrested over the weekend and charged with aggravated stalking in a case involving John Rich. Mark Christopher Sevier is accused of stalking Rich, even after police issued restraining orders in July and August 2012. The two men have a relationship that goes back to at least 2005.

Billy Currington has turned himself into police after a bench warrant was issued for his arrest on Wednesday. The singer was indicted by a grand jury on terroristic threats and abuse of an elder charges stemming from an April 15 incident. He was not arrested at the time.

Randy Travis won't be spending any time behind bars, as long as he can adhere to the terms of his plea deal entered in regards to his misdemeanor assault case.

Randy Travis entered a not guilty plea as a response to assault charges stemming from an August parking lot incident in Plano, Texas. The tangle at the Prestonwood Baptist Church resulted in the singer being charged with a Class C simple assault, which a spokesman for the Plano police described as something from a simply unwanted touch to any physical contact that doesn’t cause pain or injury. Rea
