Armed Criminal Action

Wednesday night, Officers were dispatched to the 600 block of East 10th Street in reference to a disturbance.

Nolan Ryan Smith, 44, of Sedalia, was arrested for Aggravated Domestic Assault in the 3rd Degree*, Unlawful Use of a Weapon, Armed Criminal Action, Burglary in the 1st Degree, and Property Damage in the 2nd Degree.

On Tuesday around 7:30 p.m., Sedalia Police responded to 2201 W. 5th Street for a domestic assault.

Jacob D. Eaton is being charged with Attempted Robbery, Armed Criminal Action, and Unlawful Use of a Weapon.
