St Paul’s Hosting Fish Fry in Cole Camp
Kids, I admit I am not too much of a sportsperson. I do learn a little something every day about hunting and fishing and whatnot thanks to our Insights program (and thanks to Dan's RV in Warsaw), but I don't get out and do too much of it myself.
But, many people do like to go fishing, and many of them like to share their bounty with others, in a most helpful and generous way. You could check out the Fish Fry and Turkey Dinner at the St Paul's Lutheran Church. They're at 205 West Jefferson street, in Cole Camp. They'll be having a big dinner on June 3, serving from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
As an added bonus, it's all for charity - the proceeds go towards ending world hunger. So you get to help your own hunger, and the hunger of others, with a tasty lunch with some fine folks. You can't beat it with a stick.
If I'm honest, most of my fishing experience probably was indoor and involving plastic.
But, if you need some more motivation, here's a little A Fishing Sequence to get you in the mood.
Fishily yours,
Behka
