Sedalia Woman Accused of Threatening Man With Knife

Sedalia Police were dispatched to a residence in the 2400 block of North Woodlawn Drive to investigate a domestic disturbance on January 9, just after 5 a.m.

Sedalia officers spoke with two people who were involved. Police say 20-year-old Talitha Parkhurst punched a man and threatened him with a knife.

Parkhurst was arrested for second degree domestic assault, unlawful use of a weapon and armed criminal action. She was placed on a 24-hour hold at the Pettis County Jail.
