Sedalia Police made three arrests after they say methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia was discovered during a traffic stop at 9:15 p.m. on May 18 at Broadway and Thompson Blvd.

Police say the vehicle had made two improper stops at different stop signs, and had expired plates. Three occupants of the vehicle were removed so a K9 officers could conduct a sniff. Police say they discovered one of the occupants was in possession of drug paraphernalia, and two others were in possession of methamphetamine.

28-year-old Joseph Earl Generaux and 23-year-old Rachel Michelle Wirtz were each arrested on one count of possession of synthetic narcotics. 41-year-old Gary Lee Barnett Jr. was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. All three  taken to the Pettis County Jail.
