A 31-year-old Sedalia man was arrested for trespassing and faces various drug charges after officers reportedly observed suspicious behavior in an alley in the 100 block of East 11th Street on October 2.

Sedalia Police say contact was made with Nicholas Lindenmeyer at 10:49 a.m. After making contact with the suspect, Lindenmeyer was advised by police of his rights and his bag was searched. Used needles, drugs and paraphernalia were found, according to a Sedalia Police report.

Lindenmeyer was arrested for 2nd Degree Trespassing, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Other Dangerous Non-narcotic Drugs and Possession of Synthetic Narcotics. Lindenmeyer was taken to the Pettis County Jail where he was placed on a  24-hour hold.
