According to the National weather Service in Pleasant Hill, above normal temperatures and below normal precipitation are favored for the June 17th – 23rd time frame. Looking ahead, late spring into early summer is the wettest time regionally, so a neutral or even slightly below normal precipitation outlook may still yield periods of heavy rain.
