Open House for Cooney Studio Today at 5

The public is invited to an open house at the Hayden Liberty Center, 111 W. 5th from 5 to 7 p.m., today to take a sneak peek at the Cooney Studio, which is a work in progress upstairs.

The studio is a multi-use space designed to promote creativity and engage the community. It was made possible by the late Barbara Cooney, artist and promoter of the Sedalia arts scene for decades.
