MSHP Arrest Reports for May 16, 2023

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 21-year-old Russell B. Hodge of Whiteman AFB at 2:07 a.m. Sunday in Johnson County. He was suspected of driving while intoxicated and speeding. Hodge was taken to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 62-year-old Jeffrey A. Schmutz of Warsaw at 9:28 p.m. Saturday in Benton County. He was suspected of felony aggravated driving while intoxicated, and driving while revoked. Schmutz was taken to the Benton County Jail for a 24-hour hold.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 25-year-old Shyann S. Cole of Warrensburg at 11:30 p.m. Friday in Johnson County. She was suspected of two counts of felony endangering the welfare of a child, driving while intoxicated prior offender, speeding, lane violation, driving while suspended, and resisting arrest. Cole was taken to the Warrensburg Police Department, where she was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 20-year-old Trevor A. Coon of Warsaw at 4:19 p.m. Friday in Benton County. He was suspected of driving while intoxicated. Coon was taken to the Benton County Jail, where he was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 29-year-old Reed R. Harms of Stover at 12:10 a.m. She was suspected of driving while intoxicated, and careless and imprudent driving resulting in a crash. Harms was taken to Bothwell Regional Hospital for treatment.
