Million Dollar Lake Views At This Million Dollar Missouri Home

This home in Sunrise Beach on the Lake of the Ozarks has the most spectacular views of the Lake. And if you have a million dollars lying around, it can be your million-dollar Missouri home with million-dollar lake views. The rest of us can put it on our bucket list to buy when we win the lottery.

The home, which includes four bedrooms, four bathrooms, ceiling fans throughout, a dock, a screened-in patio, and a water feature is currently listed on Zillow for $989,000. What I like most about the home is the vaulted ceilings on the main level and the floor-to-ceiling windows that give you spectacular views of the lake.

It was those views that immediately struck me as I scrolled through the pictures. The other part of the home I really like is the bar on the lower level of the home. I've always liked built-in bars, and this one does not disappoint. There's a sink, a fridge, and I just like the ceiling woodwork. To me, it seems to have a little art deco flair.

That said, I'm not a huge fan of the entrance from the street next to the two-car garage. For a million-dollar home, it seems kind of pedestrian. But I get it, the home puts its best face forward toward the lake. With stairs leading from the dock complete with a swimming platform, two sheds, and a fish cleaning sink to the home.

The bathrooms seem kind of plain too. They look nice but plain. I mean the major selling point of the master bath is a walk-in shower? What about an extra-large tub with whirlpool jets, or something along those lines.

Overall, the home built in 2007 and recently remodeled is a nice place with spectacular views. I could see someone buying it specifically so they can entertain family and or friends at the lake every summer.
