Make Friends by Volunteering for Burg Fest
Live in Warrensburg and want to meet your neighbors? Are you looking to make new friends? Maybe get out and help in your community? Burg Fest has the opportunity to do just that. They're looking for volunteers to help with Burg Fest, taking place at Hout and Holden Streets in Warrensburg, Friday September 27 and Saturday September 28,
What are they looking for? People to help with festival set up, vendor check in, stage set up, people to man the information booth, people to watch the entrances and exits of the the festival, people to re-set the festival for Saturday, people to pick up trash, and people to help tear down the festival.
Most volunteer shifts range anywhere from an hour duration to two hours in duration and the jobs don't seem to be that difficult regardless of what you sign up for. In fact, Burg Fest makes it easy to sign up for what you'd like right here.
Volunteer positions are not just limited to individuals, groups and organizations that are looking to do some good can get involved as well.
Burg Fest takes place and Hout and Holden on Friday September 27 and Saturday September 28. Burg Fest kicks off the afternoon of Friday September 27 with food and craft vendors and a children's area with fun for the whole family.
