As the story goes, the Lemp family would walk through the tunnels and caves that connected their mansion and their work in the brewery. The brewery eventually went out of business and was sold to a shoe company in 1922 according to Wikipedia.

If you know the twisted history of the Lemp family and their mansion, the last of the family members passed in 1949 when the mansion became a boarding house. At least 3 of the Lemp family are known to have ended their own lives. The mansion and the remnants of the abandoned brewery, tunnels and caves are all that remain of the horrific family legacy.

Just be careful NOT to listen to any voices you hear there.
