Knob Noster Man Wins $100K from Missouri Lottery Scratch Off Game
Jason Eckhart, from Knob Noster, walked into the Missouri Lottery offices thinking he had won a $50,000 prize on the PAC-MAN Scratchers game. However, when his ticket was scanned to confirm his win, he was shocked to discover that he had won one of the game’s top prizes of $100,000.
Eckhart purchased the winning ticket at Casey’s General Store, 709 W. McPherson St., in Knob Noster.
PAC-MAN is a $5 scratchers game with over $5 million in remaining prizes, including two more $100,000 top prizes.
Last fiscal year, players in Johnson County won more than $3.9 million in Missouri Lottery prizes. Last fiscal year, players in Johnson County won more than $3.9 million in Missouri Lottery prizes. Retailers received more than $438,000 in commissions and bonuses, and an additional $7.2 million went to educational programs in the county.
From January 1986 through June of last year the Missouri Lottery has contributed more than $6.5 Billion in proceeds to the state, including public education.
