Johnson County Authorities Arrest Warrensburg Man on Drug and Weapons Charges

The Johnson County Sheriff's office, along with the Warrensburg Police Department carried out a drug-related search warrant on Thursday (Feb 16), in Warrensburg.

According to the Johnson County Sheriff's Department Facebook page, during the search of the residence detectives located just over $21,000, several firearms, and a large amount of marijuana and packaging material.

One man in the house, John Stackle, was arrested for possession with the intent to distribute a controlled substance, and unlawful use of a weapon. Stackle is being held at the Johnson County Jail, with bond set at $4,500.

Four additional people were also taken into custody for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, but their names were not immediately released.
