Three people were injured in a crash involving an 18-wheeler that overturned Monday morning in Johnson County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a northbound 2009 Freightliner, driven by 39-year-old Timothy R. Hurr of Sedalia, was at Highway 23 and Route E around 7:20 a.m., when the truck traveled off the east side of the roadway. The driver overcorrected and the Freightliner began skidding and overturned.
