A Sedalia woman was injured in a rear-end collision that occurred Saturday afternoon in Benton County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a southbound 2000 Toyota Highlander, driven by 23-year-old Stephanie Schreck of Sedalia, was on US 65, north of Route P around 1:20 p.m., when Schreck slowed down for traffic and was struck in the rear by a southbound 2000 Ford F-150, driven by 80-year-old Ray V. Reedy of Cole Camp.

Schreck suffered minor injuries and was transported to Bothwell Regional Health Center by Cole Camp EMS.

The Ford had moderate damage and was driven from the scene, while the Toyota had extensive damage and was towed by Don’s Truck Towing.
