
Open House Discussion Scheduled for 32nd & Limit Improvements
The City of Sedalia invites the public to an open house on March 5th to discuss the intersection of S. Limit Ave. and W. 32nd Street, according to a press release issued on Wednesday.
This location was identified as a high-priority location in the Safe Streets for Sedalia Action Plan, adopted in 2024. The project aims to:
*Increase intersection efficiency
*Reduce crashes
*Enhance comfort for all road users
The two-hour open house will take place Thursday, March 5 starting at 5 p.m., at First United Methodist Church Celebration Center.

The meeting will include a formal presentation and roll plot maps for small group discussions.
Attendees will have the opportunity to view design concepts and provide feedback, as well as ask questions about the Safe Streets for Sedalia Action Plan
Adopted in 2024, the Safe Streets for Sedalia Action Plan identifies key safety concerns, recommends improvements, and outlines an implementation process aimed at eliminating serous injuries and fatalities on Sedalia’s roadways.
