Miller County Deputy, Two Others Injured in Eldon Crash
A Miller County Deputy was involved in a two-vehicle crash while responding to a call in Eldon on Monday night.
The MSHP reports that a southbound 2025 Ford Explorer, driven by a 32-year-old Miller County Deputy, had his lights and siren activated and was passing through the intersection of 4th and Grand at 6:55 p.m., when the Ford was struck on the passenger side by an eastbound 2024 Mitsubishi Mirage, driven by a 21-year-old female from Hannibal.
The Explorer traveled off the roadway.

The Deputy, the driver of the Mitsubishi and her passenger, a 19-year-old female from Eldon, all suffered minor injuries and were transported to Lake Regional Hospital by Miller County Ambulance.
Both vehicles were totaled.
