Alleged Kidnapper Wanted By ‘Burg Police: Captured In Mississippi
The Warrensburg Police Department announced that Joshua Mullins, wanted by Warrensburg Police to face a variety of charges, was captured by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force.
U.S. Marshals, Prentiss County Sheriff's Department, and the Mississippi Highway Patrol K-9 Unit were able to locate and apprehend Joshua Mullins this morning, July 15, 2024, after Warrensburg Police Detectives were able to track Mullins back to Mississippi.
Mullins faces the following charges when he is extradited to Missouri:
- Kidnapping-Facilitating a Felony-inflicting injury-Terrorizing 1st Degree.
- Three counts of Armed Criminal Action.
- Robbery 1st Degree.
- Assault 3rd Degree.
- Fraudulent Use of a Credit/Debit Device.
Warrensburg Police want to thank the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force, Prentiss County Sheriff's Office, Benton County Sheriff's Office, and the Mississippi Highway Patrol for their assistance in locating Mullins and taking him into custody.
