Never Heard of Missouri’s Most-Loved Ice Cream Brand

This new data has caused me to doubt myself. I am not an expert on many things, but I was pretty sure that I had the equivalent of a PHD when it comes to ice cream in Missouri. I was very wrong because there's a new revelation of the favorite ice cream in the state and I've never heard of it. Chances are you haven't either maybe.

There's a new study just shared by Coffeeness (I love the name). It's (and I quote) "The Most Popular Packaged Ice Cream Brands in Every U.S. State (2025) Based on Search Data". Missouri and Illinois' most searched for ice cream is a mystery to me.

Have you ever heard of Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams? I have learned that Jeni's has a quaint little ice cream shop in St. Louis, Missouri, too.

I think my problem is that when/if I buy ice cream, I go the discount route as I have many kids to feed. Perhaps I haven't elevated my tastes to the high level that Jeni's obviously operates at?

I'm not debating that this new ice cream ranking for Missouri and Illinois is correct. I'm just now questioning my own ice cream masteries as this most popular choice is completely new to me.
