International Overdose Awareness Day is August 31

International Overdose Awareness Day is Aug. 31 at 6 p.m., on the west side of the Pettis County Courthouse, 415 South Ohio.

From 6 to 8 p.m., there will be various speakers and a prayer and at 8 p.m., there will be a vigil walk.
