Illinois Man Arrested in State Fair Community College Parking Lot

[Update] Charges against Mr. Kolowski were dropped.

[Original Story] An Illinois man was arrested just after 1 a.m. in the parking lot of State Fair Community College on various charges, including possession with the intent to deliver near a school.

According to the Pettis County Sheriff's Office, Colton S. Kolowski of of Yorkville, Illinois was arrested at 1:14 a.m. on October 24. Kolowski was arrested on charges of possession with less than 34 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession with the intent to deliver near a school.

Kolowski was placed on a 24-hour hold at the Pettis County Jail.
