St. Jude Children's Research Hospital has been providing care to children from all over the world since opening in 1962. Raising funds to support St. Jude has been the mission of country music fans, country music radio stations, and country music stars, including Hunter Hayes.

"It feels fantastic to walk in these doors, every time," said Hayes during a visit to the hospital, "because you're walking through hallways filled with hope. There's a whole list of things that is just absolutely beautiful about what goes on here."

St. Jude leads the way the world understands, treats, and defeats childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases. Families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing, or food. Treatments invented at St. Jude are shared freely with hospitals everywhere, and have helped push the overall childhood cancer survival rate from 20 percent to more than 80 percent since the hospital opened.
