Graphic Resource Wins Bid To Print Park Program Guides

The Sedalia Park Board met for six minutes on May 12 at the Heckart Community Center for their monthly meeting.

Not present were Parks & Rec Executive Director Amy Epple and Board Member Roy Ponyter. Chairman Jerry Case was in charge of the meeting.

One bid was awarded to Graphic Resource, which was the low bidder for the printing of fall and winter program guides for Parks & Rec.

The bid was $11,859.06.

A second bid was received from Modern Litho for $17,292.25. A third bid was received from Inter-State Studio, but did not make deadline and was therefore rejected.

The program guides are printed twice a year, according to Epple. Graphic Resource was the company that printed the spring and summer program guides, it was noted, and was recommended as the lowest and best bid.

The Park Board will meet again June 9. The public is invited.
