Four City of Sedalia Employees Recognized by Council

The Sedalia City Council honored four City employees with awards Tuesday night at the start of its first meeting of September.

Traves Williams was recognized for 15 years of service with the Sanitation Department as an equipment operator #2.

Sgt. Preston Hesselbacher was recognized for 10 years of service with the Sedalia Police Department.

Holley Vest was recognized for five years of service as a telecommunications officer with the Sedalia Police Department.

Larry Perriguey was recognized on the occasion of his retirement from Sedalia Regional Airport after 22 years, two months of service. He was introduced by Sedalia Regional Airport Manager Derrick Dodson.

Perriguey was the only one of the four recognized who attended Tuesday night's meeting.
