Four Benton County teens received minor injuries Friday night when their vehicle ran off the road.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a westbound 2006 Chevrolet, driven by a 16-year-old male from Lincoln, was on Coffee Road, east of Davis Road at 9:45 p.m., when the vehicle crossed the center line, and ran off the left side of the roadway, striking trees and a fence before coming to rest facing westward.

The driver and three other male teens, one 15-year-old from Warsaw and two 16-year-olds from Lincoln, suffered minor injures. The driver was the only one not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.

Two refused treatment, one was transported to Bothwell Regional Health Center and one was transported to Golden Valley Hospital.

The Chevy had extensive damage.
