Four Arrested Following Drug Bust in Morgan County
The Morgan County Sheriff's Office says 34 grams of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were seized, and four people were arrested on July 16, following a joint investigation by the Mid-Missouri Drug Task Force.
According to a news release, authorities searched a residence in the 12000 block of Countryside Lane for drugs and evidence of fraud. 36-year-old James Wood of Sunrise Beachwas arrested on drug trafficking charges, and 20-year-old Jessa Porter of Gravois Mills was taken into custody for possession of a controlled substance.
41-year-old Regan Porter of Versailles was previously on a pre-trial release on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance, and her bond was revoked. 64-year-old Henry Hicks of Warresnburg was on a pre-trial release for failure to register as a sex offender and his bond was also revoked.
