First Thursday Event for June is Canceled
The City of Sedalia has announced that First Thursday, scheduled for June 5, has been canceled.
No reason was given for the cancellation.

May’s First Thursday was also canceled two days prior, but that was due to a weather forecast of rain, which subsequently did not materialize.

"First Thursday" is a three-hour marketing event designed to promote downtown Sedalia businesses that typically features artists, musicians, vendors and food trucks. A few blocks of South Ohio are normally blocked off to through traffic during the event.

The next scheduled Sedalia Main Streets' First Thursday event will be July 3.
