United Way of Pettis County, Katy Trail Community Health, Open Door Service Center, The Sedalia Area Famer’s Market and the Sedalia Housing Authority will host “Set The Table: Skillet & Cookoff” event at the Sedalia Housing Authority, 500 Welch Court, on Thursday, July 31, starting at 5:30 p.m.

The theme this time is “Love your heart through food.”
Participants in the one-night only event will leave with new knowledge about the importance of eating local produce, ideas for cooking nutritious healthy meals with food available at the local food pantries, a chance to win a kitchen appliance and some kitchen giveaways.
