Sedalia Business Women are celebrating their 100th anniversary of existence this year, and a special event is planned for March 25.
At 10:30 on Saturday, March 25, a program honoring the late Hazel Palmer, a former member of the SBW, will be held at the Pettis County Courthouse. A portrait of Palmer will be dedicated in the lobby, and Dr. Becky Imhauser will portray Palmer during the event.
Republican Judge Palmer, a native of Moberly, died in 2002 at Moberly Regional Hospital at the age of 98.
The publlic is invited to attend.
