Cole Camp Jaycees Event to Feature BBQ, Steak, Cars, Music & Beer

The Cole Camp Jaycees has scheduled an event for Saturday, June 1 at the Jaycees Beer Garden.
There will be a barbecue contest with four categories – pork butt, chicken, brisket and ribs. Entree fee is $120. People's choice judging will take place at 12:30 p.m.
At noon there will be a car cruise.
And at 7, the beer garden will open up with live music by Jimmy Behrenburg and the Kent Feed Express.
A portion of the proceeds will go to the Jaycee Scholarship Fund.
The night before, there will be a steak cook-off at 7 p.m. Live music will be provided by Brandon Ward.
