You will have a chance to show off your barbecue skills on July 12 during the Smithton Town & Country Fair.
The contest is sponsored by the Pettis County Fire Department.
You and your team may check in anytime between 6 & 9 p.m. on the 11th and you will need to turn in your best BBQ at 1 p.m., on the 12th.
