Cos4Hope will host “HopeCon+Walk” April 13 at UCM in Warrensburg.

HopeCon+Walk is an inspirational gathering to inspire hope for those whose lives have been touched by suicide and mental health.

Attendees are invited to participate however they feel comfortable. People can wear their favorite fandom shirts or dress up in cosplay to join the fun. Anyone can make a difference as a Cos4Hope volunteer, individual attendee, group, or virtual participant.

All funds raised are tax deductible and support Cos4Hope. The charity blends educational conversations about mental health and suicide prevention with pop culture to engage individuals in crucial conversations.

Registration is free. Fundraising is always optional. There are limited exhibitor and nonprofit/charity booths available. Sponsorship opportunities are available also at https://givebutter.com/c/HopeConANDWalk

In 2016, April Roller organized a county-wide suicide prevention walk that led to Cos4Hope’s independent research and mental health panels at conventions. The convention panels became a support group on Feb 18, 2018, eventually leading Cos4Hope to become a non-profit.
