Boonslick Celebrates National Library Week

Boonslick Regional Library,  219 W. 3rd, is celebrating National Library Week.

Participate by going to the library (of any Boonslick branch) and pick up a Due Date card. Get that card stamped at each of the branches, including Boonville, Cole Camp, Warsaw and Sedalia.

Then once completed, turn in your Due Date card for a prize, and to enter into a drawing for a new Samsung Tab A7 Lite 8.7-inch tablet.

Also, if you locate the BRL2GO outreach van, get with Anita and receive a date stamp on your card to receive an additional entry into the drawing and increase your chances of winning the tablet.

April 14 is the final day to turn in your date stamp card. The grand prize drawing will take place April 15.

April 4 was Pajama Day, April 5 was Favorite Character Day, Wednesday is Favorite Sports Team Day, Thursday is Have the Blues Day and Friday is Superhero Day.

And at noon on Wednesday, April 6, there will be a movie shown in the meeting room of the library. The movie is “The Public.”
