Bishop LeBlond Hands Northwest a 32-30 Defeat

Bishop Le Blond football slipped past the Northwest Mustangs (with Sacred Heart) and handed them a 32-30 defeat Friday night at home.

Leading offensive players:

Issac Nieters was 22 of 34 passing for 275 yards and 3 touchdowns. He also completed 3 PAT passes
Pierson Tichenor had 7 catches for 102 yards and a PAT catch
Tanner Damlo had 7 catches for 71 yards and 2 touchdowns
Jason Boss had 4 catches for 71 yards and a PAT catch
Nick Crosswhite had 3 catches for 30 yards and a touchdown with a PAT catch
Issac Nieters had 8 carries for 29 yards and a touchdown

Leading defensive players:

Caden Crooker had 15 tackles
Pierson Tichenor had 13 tackles
Tanner Damlo had 8 tackles
Braden Allred had 7 tackles
Issac Nieters had 6 tackles
Jason Boss had an interception

The loss drops the Mustangs to 5 and 4 for the season. They have a bye next week and then host a District game vs Hardin with Norborne Central (3-6) on Friday, Nov. 5.

Bishop Le Blond is now 8-1.
