Two dozen country artists entertained a crowd of more than 50,000 people for the three-day 2016 Taste of Country Music Festival on June 10-12.

Taking to the stage included headliners Kenny Chesney, Kid Rock and Jake Owen. In addition to the the headliners on each night, Gary Allan, Big & Rich, Frankie Ballard, Eric Paslay, Old Dominion, Neal McCoy, The Swon Brothers, The Cadillac Three, Jana Kramer, Chris Janson, Outshyne, Annie Bosko and William Michael Morgan took to the stage in Hunter, N.Y.

Highlights from the festival's fourth year included McCoy performing a heavy metal version of Sam Hunt's "House Party," Big & Rich saluting a solider onstage, a collaboration between Old Dominion and Chesney and a barefoot performance by Owen in 39 degree weather.

“The Taste of Country Music Festival has grown every year, and this year we’ve set an attendance record with 53,000 guests,” said one of the fest's organizers, Dhruv Prasad, in a press release. “We continue to be grateful for the support we’ve gotten from the fans of our festival, as well as the artist community that continues to contribute to the growth of the event.”

At the fest it was also announced that for the 5th Annual Taste of Country Music Festival Jason Aldean will be one of the headliners. Next year's three day event is scheduled for June 9-11, 2017. Tickets for next year's festival can already be purchased online.
