Starting at 7 a.m. Friday and ending at 5 p.m., South Engineer at 10th will be closed to through traffic to allow for installation of a new water main and service lines to area residences as part of the City of Sedalia's ongoing water improvement project.

The City apologized for any inconvenience the street work may cause as they strive to improve water service in the area.

The project is weather dependent and may be delayed due to rain or equipment breakdowns, the City noted in a press release on Thursday morning.
