Winner Winner, Chicken Dinner: Sedalia Business Women’s Chicken Dinner is Back

Kids, a long standing tradition is coming up at the end of the month.  The Sedalia Business Women's Chicken Dinner is finally here! 

I went for the first time a couple of years ago.  One year I went, and one year I got the takeout order.  It's been going on for more than 30 years now, and it's pretty clear that they know what they're doing.  They give you chicken, cheesy potatoes, a salad, your choice of vegetable and coffee or tea.   You get to choose your dessert and everything.

I have my tickets in my grubby little hands and I am ready and waiting.   It's going to be on October 29 at the Shriner/Elm Hills multipurpose building from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.  I'd suggest getting there and getting your butt planted to enjoy some delicious chicken.

It's a great group to support. You can't beat it.  Or maybe you can, and you are just being selfish and keeping it to yourself.  I doubt it.
