Windsor Man Arrested, Accused of Pointing Gun at Sedalia Resident

Sedalia Police were called to a residence in the 500 block of North Osage Avenue on Saturday to investigate a disturbance after a woman claimed that a suspect had pointed a gun at her son and left. According to police, the caller said that the suspect was coming back to the residence

A high risk traffic stop was conducted on the suspect’s vehicle, and 19-year-old Justin Nash of Windsor was arrested for 1st Degree Assault, Armed Criminal Action, Unlawful Use of a Weapon, and a Failure to Appear misdemeanor without incident.

Nash was taken to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold, pending state charges.
