Where Should Rob Take His Brother in Mid-Missouri? [SURVEY]

My younger brother Steve is coming to visit this weekend, and I need to know where I should take him. He's a very "extreme" person, and is really into skateboarding and adrenaline rush stuff. He also eats like crazy, so good restaurant info would be appreciated too.

Basically what I want to know is: what are the coolest things to do and best places to go in the area? I'd like to know some good stuff to do in Sedalia, but honestly I don't mind driving, so it can be something in Kansas City or Warrensburg or Columbia or really anywhere within two hours.
