When you’re not feeling it.
I mentioned on the show today that I’m feeling a little worn down. I don’t know what is going on today but I am just out of energy.
I think the problem is that I am still recovering from being sick last week, and I haven’t done myself any favors by staying up past midnight every night this week. Until maybe a year or two ago, it was no big deal for me stay up til 2 or so and then get up again by 9, ready to go. But now, and especially this week, I have to reign it in a little.
SO, tonight, I’ve told myself I’m going to bed by 10 at the latest. I’m not going to get engrossed in another show on my Netflix,
I’m not going to get caught in a Youtube Chain,
and I’m NOT going to look at animal photos for hours.
So, what about you? What do you do when you’re “not feeling it”? What do you do to perk yourself up on a day like that? Do you even get days like that? Are you good at getting enough rest for your daily needs?
