Watch the Flyover World Record Broken at Last Weekend’s Kansas City Chiefs Game [VIDEO]
The Kansas City Chiefs certainly have their fans abuzz with a 6-0 record. This start to their season prompted Kansas City Chiefs fans to go for the loudest crowd record that the Seattle Seahawks fans obtained earlier this season. It seems most people were paying attention to this record, including ESPN and the major networks. They were able to break the record last Sunday (Oct. 13), but if you didn’t watch the pregame or weren’t at the stadium, you may not have seen the world other record broken at the game.
Just before the game, 49 airplanes flew over Arrowhead Stadium with pink smoke in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, setting the record for the number of private planes flying in a diamond formation. The previous record stood since 2009 when 37 aircraft flew in diamond formation in Osh Kosh, Wisconsin.
If you missed the flyover, here is a short video clip provided by the Kansas City Chiefs.
