A 64-year-old Warrensburg man was killed in an accident on U.S. 50 on February 14.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says Randall Bell lost control of a 2006 Saturn that left the roadway and struck a highway sign. The vehicle overturned and ejected Bell, who was pronounced dead at the scene around 3 p.m. by the Johnson County Coroner. He was taken to Sweeney-Phillips and Holdren Funeral Home in Warrensburg.

The Highway Patrol's online crash report says Bell was not wearing a safety device. The Saturn was totaled in the accident and was towed from the scene.
