UCM Update

KMOS-TV, the University of Central Missouri’s public broadcasting television station, has provided assistance to a local program that brings the joy of Christmas to area children.

Michael O’Keefe, KMOS-TV’s program services coordinator, and Mary Clevenger, outreach coordinator, presented more than 500 children’s books for children of all ages to volunteers with the Johnson County Angel Tree on behalf of KMOS-TV.

The items will be distributed to area children by the program, which serves area families by providing Christmas gifts for children in the Warrensburg area whose families may be struggling to provide a happy holiday season.
